MS TAX is a professional tax and business consultation services firm. We provide services in tax returns filing, tax planning, tax advisory, and allied services. Adding to that, we assist our clients in the incorporation of businesses/non-profits and deliver services in bookkeeping, payroll processing, business taxation filing, etc. We use the information given to us by the client to fill out the required forms in local, provincial, and federal regulators. We do not claim to be a law firm, CPA, or CPA services firm and we do not work as a substitute for any of the mentioned. We do not deliver legal services, legal advice, auditing, or attestation services on legal matters. We may connect you to registered attorneys, audit firms, and financial or wealth managers if required.

We are not liable or responsible for any damages or inconvenience caused or alleged to be caused by using the services, under any circumstances.
